Our vision is to be the very best, period. We embrace the fact that all employees begin and end their Team Val Verde experience through Human Resources and we take this very seriously. We aim to provide everyone with whom we connect the finest in customer service and support, at all times.

Our mission supports Team Val Verde by ensuring our services, policies, and systems align with the district's goals. Our services include:

    • Recruitment and hiring diverse and talented employees
    • Salary and Benefits Administration

    • Professional Development
    • Compliance with employment related legislation

Our mission is only achieved by continuously and accurately supporting all teachers, staff, administrators, applicants, and external stakeholders. In doing this, we secure our desire to provide a staff for our students that is second to none.

We are guided through adopted values that include: focusing on what we can control, embracing the genius of "and" while refusing the tyranny of "or", and always making decisions based on what is best for kids.
